Devendra Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the Agri-Commodity sector, specializing in procurement, trading, supply chain management, warehousing, and agri-finance coordination. With deep industry knowledge and hands-on operational expertise, he has successfully managed end-to-end agri-commodity operations across multiple regions in India.

He holds an MBA degree from IILM University, Gurgaon, which has strengthened his strategic thinking, leadership skills, and financial acumen. His strong academic foundation, combined with real-world experience, enables him to drive sustainable business growth and build long-term partnerships with farmers, traders, corporates, and financial institutions.

Ms. Sarla Devi is an experienced finance professional with over 10 years of expertise in finance and financial management. She brings strong strategic insight, governance oversight, and financial discipline to the organization in her role as a Non-Executive Director.

With a solid academic background in finance, she has developed a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management. Her experience enables her to provide independent judgment, support long-term business strategy, and strengthen corporate governance frameworks.
